Vishal Shivdasani is the Managing Partner of the firm and heads up the Atlanta office at Trident. He is responsible for all operations, including deal origination, outreach, analytics, and transaction closings. He was born in Mumbai, India; grew up in Hong Kong SAR, China and now resides in Atlanta, GA, US.

With an extensive background in M&A, he began his finance career as an Investment Banking Analyst in New York City, in 2000 he transitioned to corporate finance as a Senior Financial Analyst. He rapidly advanced up the corporate ladder and distinguished himself by creating winning teams in each organization. With a penchant for entrepreneurship, a predilection for technology and a hefty background in finance and economics; he serves as a Managing Partner at Trident.

He holds an MBA from Goizueta Business School at Emory University and an undergraduate degree in Economics from Furman University.
