Frank Anisits is based in Munich, Germany, where he is responsible for Trident's operations in Europe. In addition, he supports Trident's projects in North America as a subject matter expert in manufacturing. Frank also works as an independent consultant in Germany with a focus on management consulting and lean management.

Prior to his current role, Frank Anisits worked in the automotive industry for nearly three decades. During this time he served as Co-CEO and COO of a German-based automotive supplier with plants in Europe, China, India, USA, Mexico and South America and $1.2 billion in revenues. Prior to holding top executive leadership positions, Frank held various positions in multi-national companies such as plant manager in Columbus, Ohio, and production manager in Hungary. Frank has a strong background in manufacturing and enjoys improving processes on the shopfloor.

 

Throughout his career, Frank oversaw and closed multiple international M&A transactions. As part of this role, he established and helped grow new plants in markets such as Poland, India, Mexico and Brazil - both as greenfield sites as well as joint ventures.

Frank holds an MBA from Schiller International University in Paris, France, and an undergraduate degree in Economics and French from Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina.
