Henry Ennis brings over 35 years of sales, finance and operations experience in both public and privately held companies; large multi-national and mid-cap service firms. He is a accomplished M&A professional with 25+ tombstones and an expansive industry network.

 

He founded Trident World Ventures, LLC, now Trident M&A Advisors in 2008. Henry previously was Vice President of Channel Revenue at PRG-Schultz, (NASDAQ: PRGX), a global audit recovery company. Prior to PRG, Henry spent ten years in various senior financial management positions with Sea-Land Services, Inc. (formerly Horizon Lines, NYSE: HRZ); a global ocean transportation company. He was also the Treasurer for two public insurance companies.

 

Henry has a BS in Finance from the University of New Orleans and an MBA from the University of Texas (Dallas).
