Tonya Morgan has held leadership roles with CPG, business services and SaaS companies. During her career she led financial management teams and contributed to numerous successful exits, capital raises and restructurings. Tonya has a keen understanding of operations, M&A, financial reporting and systems. Her career in investment banking began with Trident M&A Advisors, based in Dallas, helping clients prepare their business for the M&A process.

Tonya earned Masters and BS degrees in Finance from the University of Denver. She is also an accomplished, published gourmet cook.
